The Think and Do Tank is a year-long civic learning experience that empowers Rutgers–New Brunswick undergraduates to become skilled democratic problem-solvers. Through guided instruction, mentorship, and immersive activities, students will identify real democratic challenges, design actionable solutions aligned with the program’s theme, and bring their solutions to life.
Participants engage in dynamic fall coursework featuring discussions, guest speakers, and digital content creation, followed by a spring semester dedicated to implementing their proposed solutions.
Selected students will receive a $1,500 stipend each semester and must commit to both academic semesters.
